Now it may be that this is a piece of selfless generosity on the part of Value Mobility, but the cynic in me suggests maybe not. The launch of the TGA Vita seems have been seen by some commentators as a direct threat to the Freerider Royale, and maybe Value Mobility are hedging their bets by selling down their stock of Royales. Personally I think it's all a lot of nonsense, both scooters are manufactured by the same company and are clearly aimed at different markets.

If you had already decided the Royale was the scooter you were after this price it would be hard to say no to. Even if you were having second thoughts after seeing the Vita the fact is that the Vita is very unlikely to be discounted *anywhere* before spring 2010 as supplies are bound to be limited so unless you can wait you are looking at a £800 saving for what is arguably a better scooter.
